Questions we are asked most.
Do I need probate if there is a will?
It depends on where the assets are and which succession law applies. In some jurisdictions in India probate is mandatory; elsewhere a succession certificate or legal heir certificate is sufficient. We tell you which route applies to your case.
Can inherited money be sent abroad?
Yes, subject to RBI limits and tax clearances. We coordinate the documentation banks require for repatriation.
